Payment methods accepted vary by market:

  • Kenya: Credit/debit cards, M-Pesa, and other supported mobile money platforms.
  • Uganda: Credit/debit cards, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and other supported methods.
  • Nigeria: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other supported local payment methods.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that charges will be honored by your payment provider.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, where GreenBay-market is headquartered. For customers in Uganda and Nigeria, applicable local consumer protection laws will apply to the extent required by law in those jurisdictions. You and GreenBay-market consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya for the resolution of any disputes, without prejudice to your rights under local law.

Headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to our website. We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
