We currently provide shipping services across Kenya. Our delivery network covers major cities, towns, and nearby rural areas to make sure our customers receive their products conveniently and on time.

All orders placed on our website before 04:00 PM (GMT+03:00) East Africa Time (Nairobi) will be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Handling Time

Once an order is received and confirmed, our team prepares it for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). During this time, we perform product verification, packaging, and quality checks to ensure that every item shipped meets our standards.

4. Transit Time

After dispatch, the estimated transit time for delivery is between 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) depending on your delivery location. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer than urban destinations.

5. Total Shipping Time

The total estimated time for your order to reach you is typically 4 to 9 business days, which includes both handling and transit time.
We always strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible and keep you informed of your shipment status through tracking updates where applicable.

6. Shipping Rates

We apply a flat shipping rate of 700 KES per order, regardless of weight or number of items. This rate helps us maintain consistent and reliable delivery service across all regions of Kenya.

7. Shipping Carriers

GreenBay Market partners with trusted national and regional carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Depending on your location, we may use one of the following shipping partners:

  • Nairobi and Major Cities: G4S Kenya

  • Regional and Rural Areas: Fargo Courier or Posta Kenya

  • Express Deliveries: Sendy or DHL Kenya

You will receive your tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

8. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made during our business operating days, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (GMT+03:00 East Africa Time).
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays unless specifically arranged in advance.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. GreenBay Market will not be responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

12. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect from the delivery point, the customer may be required to cover the cost of reshipping. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange redelivery.
