Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. While we occasionally offer free delivery promotions, a standard flat rate (e.g., 700 KES) may apply depending on the order size. For Uganda and Nigeria orders, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

8. Why does your appliance look new yet it's advertised as second-hand?

These are "Like New" items. They are often gently used, factory overstock, or have minor cosmetic damage from shipping. Every unit is repaired, refurbished, and tested under our Quality Assurance system to ensure it functions perfectly at a fraction of the original price.

9. What is the warranty on your products?

  • Brand New Items: Carry a 1-year warranty (some solar products include up to a 1-year warranty).

  • Refurbished/"Like New" Items: Carry a 6-month warranty.
