  • Uganda — Kampala and major urban centers, with coverage extending to regional towns.
  • Nigeria — Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and other major cities, with delivery to select regional areas.

2. Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

All orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+03:00) East Africa Time on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Public holidays vary by market — Kenya, Uganda, and Nigeria each observe different national holidays, and processing may be delayed accordingly.

3. Handling Time

Once an order is received and confirmed, our team prepares it for dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). During this time, we perform product verification, packaging, and quality checks to ensure every item meets our standards.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Capital Cities (same-market delivery): Orders to capital cities and their immediate metropolitan areas are delivered within 24 hours of dispatch:

  • Kenya — Nairobi
  • Uganda — Kampala
  • Nigeria — Abuja

Outside Capital Cities:

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM local time. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays unless specifically arranged in advance.

10. Undeliverable Packages
