2. Do you deliver across Kenya?
Yes! We deliver to all major cities, towns, and rural areas across Kenya.

Nairobi: Deliveries are typically made within 20 - 48 business hours.

Outside Nairobi: Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days via our trusted shipping partners.
3. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. While we occasionally offer free delivery promotions, a standard flat rate (e.g., 700 KES) may apply depending on the order size.

We are a venture-backed marketplace (by Delta40) dedicated to affordable, energy-efficient "greentech." We specialize in:

7. Do you have Lipa Mdogo Mdogo (Installments)?
We currently offer Lipa Polepole, which allows you to pay a deposit and clear the balance in flexible installments before picking up your item. We are constantly working on expanding our formal hire purchase (Lipa Mdogo Mdogo) options—stay tuned for updates!
8. Why does your appliance look new yet it's advertised as second-hand?
These are "Like New" items. They are often gently used, factory overstock, or have minor cosmetic damage from shipping. Every unit is repaired, refurbished, and tested under our Quality Assurance system to ensure it functions perfectly at a fraction of the original price.
9. What is the warranty on your products?

Brand New Items: Carry a 1-year warranty (some solar products include up to a 1-year warranty).

Refurbished/"Like New" Items: Carry a 6-month warranty.
